Sunset over Okawango Swamps
Back in Africa, I spent a few month in Botswana helping to establish the catering section of a up-market tourist camp in the heart
of the Okawango Swamp.
This experience taught me a lot about cooking with fresh (very fresh!) game and crocodile meat-while avoiding the distraction of the
lions that some times patrolled the camp at night!
